Meditation makes our lives happy and meaningful
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Mahayana meditation master

Breathing in, I calm body and mind.
Breathing out, I smile.

Dwelling in the present moment I know this is the only moment.
Thich Nhat Hanh,  Zen meditation master

Meditation is a means of focusing the mind to give relief from the often negative “chatter” which goes on most of the time in our heads and to assist you in discovering your peace and stillness within.
Kat Day
, Bristol Intuitive Group Co-Organiser

Meditation allows you to become one with the Divine and discover the divine within your inner being.
Spring Wolf, author of the Pagan’s Path

While visiting my daughter, I attended one of Kat Day`s `Intuitive`groups on meditation, found it very calming and left the session feeling relaxed and positive.
I am a novice at meditation, but would thoroughly recommended trying it.

It’s the best time to make a few plans for the long run and it is time to be happy. I have learnt from this post and if I could I wish to ask counsel for some issues or tips. Maybe you could write next articles regarding this article. I wish to learn even more things about it!

Thanks Scarpotter, I’m glad you could use something of this. In the meditation category (listed above) you’ll find more to work on. And there’ll definitely be more to come 🙂
