Great image, and the 3 point contemplation / meditation you give is similar to the one Geshe La, gives, but I still prefer mine,
“I may die today, so I will devote my entire life to the practice of Dharma”. 😉

Yes, I wanted to credit Geshe Kelsang for “I will practice Dharma purely now”. But it didn’t seem appropriate.
Each to their own, isn’t it. For me, Geshe La is implying a momentary practice of Dharma, which I like. While yours is valid, it sounds like we’d have a whole lifetime to practice in.
For me, that gives plenty of leeway for procrastination!

Yea, tha’s one way of looking at it, but if you’re not practicing 7/7, then it’s not your entire life is it. We could get overly technical about this, but I think the essence of the meditation is covered however you phrase it. Love and light to you 🙂

Yes you’re so right! We have precious little time, and certainly none to waste.
